The in-house trail plant has been commissioned at a semi industrial scale and therefore extremely useful in testing biomass material for pelletizing purposes. After a laboratory analyses of the raw material (i.e. manure, woodchips, pulp) we are able to make a selection of the die in order to determine the pelletsize of the biomass.
A minimum batch of 500 kg is required in order to complete a successful test. After the test our engineers are able to recommend and assist with a first indication for a greenfield plant.
